How much are the classes?

All classes are £5/class PAYG Class passes that offer a discount are available!

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. For the aerobic/BodyJam/Zumba/dance classes wear a decent pair of trainers for support. BodyBalance, Yoga and Pilates are barefoot.

Is it your first time to one of my classes?

If it’s your first time, then why don’t you download the form you need to fill out to save you time on the day? You need to print and sign the Informed Consent and PARQ Form – This lets me know about your health/medical status and confirms that you know what you’re letting yourself in for! :)

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a drink to class with you. If attending Yoga, BodyBalance or Pilates, whilst I do have some mats available to borrow, feel free to bring your own!

For Yoga, please bring a large bath towel or blanket. Some blocks and belts are available to borrow, though again you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Photography Policy

Do I need a partner?

No, you don’t! You can come on your own or bring a bunch of your friends, either way you don’t need two to tango!
