
Following from my recent communication about Coronavirus, I’d like to update you and ask you for your cooperation with this.

Given that coming to exercise classes is simply a pursuit of fun and activity, a couple of weeks away won’t do any harm, in fact the chances are it’ll do all of us a lot of good. Therefore, I’d like to kindly ask you that if you have travelled from or VIA anywhere on the list, or anywhere with a high risk of infection from transiting passengers, or if you have come into contact with people that have travelled to any of the affected areas, that you don’t come to class for a couple of weeks please. Between all of us and our various networks of people, we expose thousands of others to whatever it is we come into contact with. That’s a massive number, and a really scary thought.
The welfare and well-being of all my participants, their families, my family and extended social networks is my priority and therefore I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
