Pain Relief Guided Meditation. Discover Pain Management Via Relaxation, Breathing & Affirmations

We all suffer from pain at some point in our lives and some of us suffer months and sometimes years of persistent pain. This has an overwhelming effect on our ability to enjoy life as we have the constant, nagging reminder hindering our daily activities.

In this session we use a combination of relaxation, breathing and affirmations to help you find respite, even if just a little bit, from your pain. We encourage the body to begin the healing process by giving it time and opportunity to do so. Our bodies know how to heal themselves, if we would just allow them to. It’s recommended you perform this meditation daily for at least 21 days to start training your mind and body to accept the process and to start seeing results. Remember that some pain has been around for a very long time, it can take time to leave us, so be patient with yourself.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply like back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the soothing imagery on your screen.
