Guided Meditations Now Online!


It took a global pandemic for me to get around to doing this, but better late than never, right?

Over the years many of you have asked me to record some meditations/relaxations and I’m delighted to finally tell you that I have!

So far I’ve put two onto my YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/warwickshirefitness

Meditation #1 – De-stress, relax and find peace

The first is a 20-minute guided meditation to relieve stress, anxiety and help you to relax. This is great if you’re feeling really tense and worried.

Meditation #2 – Help you fall asleep

This second one is a shorter relaxation which is perfect to play as you lie in bed, ready to fall asleep. It can help soothe you into slumber and keep your mind off other thoughts that might be worrying you.
