Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week this week and this year’s theme is nature. The reason they chose nature is due to its ability to bring solace and consolation in challenging times and periods of stress, specifically because of how we react and interact with nature and how this increases our sense of well-being, creativity and sense of wonder.

If you aren’t able to get out into the wild for real, then I have just the video to bring nature to you and feed your soul with some amazing pictures from our planet. The accompanying music will soothe you into relaxation.

If you are struggling with mental wellness, try one of my guided meditations. There are over 20 that deal with common topics like anxiety, depression, self-image, self-esteem and so on. Here are a couple to check out now, or you can visit my YouTube channel for the full playlist.
