Fall asleep easily with this deeply relaxing meditation

Do you have trouble falling asleep? Perhaps you have a lot whirring around your mind? This meditation is designed to help you fall into a deep, restful sleep. It’s ideal for anyone that struggles to switch off and unwind as it uses a few different techniques to help soothe and calm the body and mind.


There’s a soft music in the background which gradually fades away and the screen gently fades to black too so that you can just carry on sleeping at the end.
