WHAT IS 20-20-20?
In this 60-minute class, we have 20 minutes body conditioning, 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes core work.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Wear trainers and comfy clothes. A mat or towel will be useful for the floor work. Have water to hand to drink. If you have any weights, feel free to have those at the ready for optional use during the conditioning, or you can just use your body weight.
