WHAT IS A SOUND/GONG BATH?
Are you looking to unwind, de-stress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit? Step into a serene and tranquil environment where you will be surrounded by the harmonious tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other healing instruments. After a short meditation to relax your body and mind, I will guide you through a journey of sound, helping you release tension, find inner peace, and restore balance. This class is 45-60 minutes in duration. There is no movement, only breath and relaxation!

This class is perfect for everyone. You will have the choice of lying or staying seated. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a desire to relax.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A yoga mat to lie on
- A blanket for warmth (though I have a few I can lend)
- A bolster or a cushion for extra comfort
- An open heart and a willingness to relax
