It’s that time of year when we get ready for the quarter’s new releases and whilst the previous release was pretty stunning, it’s nice to try something new.

This release starts with a simple Tai Chi Warm- Up, with the most soothing sound of Cheer Up My Brother, where we have an opportunity to explore the moves through range and breath. (You can see the full track list at the bottom of this page).
We have 2 Sun Salutation tracks, Come Home and Go With The Flow, bringing us into dynamic Vinyasa flow, the first gets us warm and open, and the second one brings even more heat into the body through a series of upper body strength sequences.
The Standing Strength track is a class favorite with the most exquisite feeling from Half-Moon Pose transitioning to Aeroplane – divine!
We have two short Track 5’s with different variations to explore hips/adductor stretches with side bends to get the body ready for the Core tracks…
The Abdominals track, Don’t Leave, is upbeat and challenging, as we work the core in different positions that are not only good for strengthening the core but also the whole body. The Core Back track involves a series of moves that work on spinal and hips stability that will contribute to building strength around our postural muscles.
Some beautiful, slow twists and stretches wind us down for the wonderful relaxation/meditation part of the class at the end.
