Starting this week in my online classes, I’ll be introducing tracks from this brand new release bit by bit.
BODYBALANCE release 89 is 55-minute class grounded in Yoga: yes, a full class format of Yoga poses/sequences.
So, what are the highlights in this release? The soothing sounds of Need creates the perfect Yoga–style Warm–up, which draws us into the present moment, warming our breath and waking the body up with no rush at all. We have the global sounds of Myth and South of the Border for our two Sun Salutation tracks and we have some NEW options to explore and offer (dialing options up or down) based on your needs today.
I’m Kissing You in the balance track could possibly have one of the most challenging balance poses – ever!
Hip Openers is more delicious because of use of 3–part Breath, plus the PNF Stretch is back again (it works, so why not?), Frog Pose and Wide–Knee Child’s Pose. Enjoy the moves to the super vibes of Don’t Forget Your Roots.
The core-abdominals has yoga–based moves getting us to work our core in both dynamic and static contraction, and don’t forget Core Back track. Track 7’s 10,000 Hours allows different ways to open the front of body while strengthening the posterior muscles – leaving you feeling uplifted and strong. Electric soothing Twists track to counter–balance all the work from the previous track.
There’s two Hamstrings/Forward Bend tracks to allow us to keep creating length in our body, which might be just the right recipe for us to gain better practice in our journey to front-split!
