The brand new BODYBALANCE release, “United” is launching globally on September 19th. It’s a special release that was created and produced under special circumstances (Covid-19 lockdown) and to celebrate, it’s the first time the release has been simultaneous across the globe!

I’ll be sneak-peeking a few of the new tracks at class on Monday night, (7.45pm), but will be launching the whole release in its entirety on Saturday, 19th.
