Do You Have Trouble Sleeping? I Have You Covered!

For many of us, getting a full night’s sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and ready for the new day is something we can only dream of, pun intended!

With so much going on in our day to day lives, so much stress brought about from work, relationships, money and so on creeps into our psyche and can leave us in a permanent state of ‘flight’. This is where the body’s survival mechanism is in a permanent state of being ‘on’. The stress hormone cortisol is active in our body for extended periods of time meaning that we can never properly relax, or in basic terms ‘feel safe’.

This is extremely damaging for physical and mental health and of course, not getting adequate, quality sleep at the end of the day won’t help heal and restore.
