This month we launch the brand new BODYBALANCE release #99 which, in my completely biased opinion is an absolute dream! This is the one that I’m actually on – the one we filmed in London and so it has a very special place in my heart!

There’s some really fabulous songs in this release, (see track list below) and definitely a journey of contrasts! My favourite has to be the first Hamstrings track because that’s the one I presented and it’s a very emotional track for sure! So many fantastic memories, I hope you enjoy this one as much as I love it!
