
How the quarters roll by quickly! The good news is that with each new quarter comes a new BODYBALANCE release and it feels like the body is definitely ready for some new challenges.
In Release #106 we have some upbeat sounds to move to that bring an energetic feel to the movement. We have 2 Sun Salutations to enjoy with a fresh new sequence to challenge balance and control. The legs will know they have been worked in Standing Strength as we transition between Warrior 1 and Lunges repeatedly.
The balance is beautiful in its simplicity but challenging in how the centre of gravity moves around. The abs will feel suitably sore in the morning after the slow and controlled Bicycle Twists and Shoot Outs.
After that, the back will get truly strengthened in two tracks and the posture will reap the benefits. We wind down with some languid hip openers and delicious twists.
