
Depending where you are in the world, the newest BODYBALANCE release may have already launched, or it might be a few weeks away yet. Either way, you’re in for a treat. This is a delicious release that creates a wonderful sense of well-being in the whole body. We begin with a gentle yoga warm up that softly brings us into our bodies with careful stretches. The following Tai Chi and Yoga Sun Salutations really get the body up to temperature ready for the workout ahead.
There are some fabulous challenges in Standing Strength, which are soon a memory as we gracefully move from pose to pose in another outstanding balance track set to the incredible “Shallow” song by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.
The Core Abs track will really lift you up, literally and figuratively! It’s a great, catchy song that is exactly what you need to help you through this challenging abdominal workout sequence.

After building strength in our posterior chains and stimulating our digestion with some twists, we begin to wind the class down with forward bends where we revisit familiar poses and try out some new ones that restore length back into the bodies and calm us down ready for a wonderful meditation and relaxation.
