BODYBALANCE 98 Is Out Now!

Although we started this one just before Christmas, it still feels really new and we’ve only done it a couple of times.

This beautiful new release will soon blow out the cobwebs from any stiff joints and give a zap to your prana to help you feel more alive!

We have a gentle yoga warm up that feels just delicious for the hips and back followed by a warming, but short Sun Salutations. The two Standing Strength Tracks are going to give your legs that extra pep and a shot of cardio in the huge warrior poses with challenging balance sequence.

After our legs are well and truly cooked, it’s time to test our inner calm in a gorgeous balance sequence that sees us open from Flower Pose into Floating Half Moon which is just divine!

Wild Thing Pose

No stone is left unturned in the 3 core tracks that will leave your midriff strong and powerful. Two twist tracks leave us feeling open through the heart and give us a final shot of energy before we start to wind down the class with some beautiful, slow stretching.
