Circuits On Demand

WHAT IS CIRCUITS?
Circuits is a 1-hour class where we work for 1-minute and rest for 15 seconds. A wide variety of different types of exercises will be performed to give your body an all over workout. We mix strength training, with conditioning, with cardio and stretches at the end. We leave no stone un-turned!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
If you have any weights, feel free to have those at the ready for optional use during the conditioning, or you can just use your body weight. Have water to hand and a good pair of trainers to provide you with support.
